BLOOMSBURG TODAY

Charles P. and Tilly A. Graddick

The third family to reside at Bloomsburg from 11/14/1950 to 12/7/1981

Little is known of the Graddick stay at Bloomsburg. No reference to children or grandchildren have been found.

Pictures of the House and property show considerable deterioration especially in the last years of the Graddick ownership. See Section YYY.

On 8/13/1981, Tilly A. Graddick executed a Power of Attorney in favor of her husband, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Sumter County, Georgia.

On 12/7/1981, Charles P. Graddick sold Bloomsburg to C. Oliver Goldsmith (owner of Longfield, the property immediately to the south of Bloomsburg) for $435,310.

The Graddicks posted this sign on the property.
